Biography
Nick Bastovan is an associate attorney at Simon Law. He completed his undergraduate degree in History at the University of California, Davis. He then received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
During law school, Nick was a staff writer for The Advocate and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Criminal Law. He also worked for a nonprofit organization assisting with environmental regulation and policy. Before joining Simon Law, he worked in the eDiscovery industry, helping drive client success by leveraging the latest technology.
Nick became interested in working on probate and estate planning matters, watching his family struggle trying to navigate the complex and often confusing legal process. Nick uses his personal experience to remember to always treat his clients with empathy and understanding while working hard to achieve the best possible outcomes.
